Obituary of Linda L Salters

Linda L. Salters passed away October 14, 2017. She was born in St. Johns on July 3, 1941, the daughter of Leonard and Helen (Smith) Bradley. She was a graduate of St. Johns High School; a homemaker, and jewelry store manager. She resided in St. Johns, Haslett, and was living at Horsehead Lake in Mecosta at the time of her death. Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Leon, whom she married September 28, 1958; as well as her three sons, Scott (Christine) Salters of St. Johns, Mark Salters of Shepherd, and Michael (Karen) Salters of Tennessee; her Aunt Viretta Evans of Marshall; her grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Linda loved being a grandmother and great-grandmother; and truly enjoyed having everyone together. She was an animal lover, and leaves behind her beloved dog, Charlie. She is preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Reha, and daughter-in-law, Carolyn Salters. In lieu of flowers, Linda's family requests any memorial contributions be made to the Animal Rescue Coalition of Mecosta County.
