Obituary of Robert William Brown Jr.

Robert W. Brown Jr., our devoted husband and loving father, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017, at the age of 79. Cremation will take place with a private burial to follow at a later date.

Robert was born November 6, 1938, the son of Robert Sr. and Dorothy (Harper) Brown. He married the love of his life, Suzanne Ritchie in 1961, and together the two grew their family to include three children. Robert worked for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI.

He enjoyed many years of golfing, fishing, and boating, before his health began to decline in recent years. He was a quiet person most of the time, and was known to be very generous and caring.

Robert’s loving nature will be greatly missed by his wife of over 56 years, Suzanne; children, Beth Ann (Chris) Donnelly, Robert W. (Laurie) Brown III, and James E. (Colleen) Brown; grandchildren, Kyle and Nicholas Donnelly, Alexander and Danielle Brown, and his beloved dog, Miss Molly.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
