Obituary of Susan Lynn Hendrich

Susan Lynn (Novak) Hendrich was born on August 26, 1944 to George and Marjorie Isabel Novak in Berwyn, IL.  Susan went to be with the Heavenly Lord on Friday, October 11, 2019.  She went very peacefully with her husband of 52 years by her side.  Visitation will be held Wed., October 16^thfrom 6-8 PM at Janowicz Family Funeral Home, Remus, MI.  A funeral service will be held on Thurs., October 17, 2019 at 11 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Rose Jones officiating, burial will follow the service at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Remus.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; son, Billy; daughter, Susan Jones (Tim), and her adoring grandchildren, Alexander, Tegan, Zachary, Brogan, and grand dogs.   Susan has three siblings; George (Carol) Novak, Marge Novak, and Jim and (Ruth) Novak. 

Susan spent most of her life in Berwyn, IL and traveling to England to spend four years with her husband while he was in the service.  They moved back to Berwyn, IL and stayed there until moving to Indiana where she worked as a Registered Nurse. Later Susan moved to Michigan, where she used to vacation as a child.  She continued to pursue her career as an RN at the hospital in Big Rapids. Upon retiring from there, she took a job at the Mecosta Osceola Education Center where she was the School Nurse.  During retirement, she has enjoyed spending time with her husband, son and daughters families.  She loved her grandchildren more than life itself.  She is missed more than words can explain but she gained her Angel wings and is flying high, pain free and guarding over all of us.
